Terms and Conditions Policy Effective Date November 14th, 2023

Welcome to Creating Life Opportunities! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our Master Resell Rights product, "The Roadmap." By purchasing or using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

License Agreement: 1.1. Creating Life Opportunities grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, and resell "The Roadmap" for personal or business purposes. 1.2. You may not sublicense, sell, share, or distribute the product in any manner that allows for the reproduction or redistribution of the original product.

Restrictions: 2.1. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on "The Roadmap" without prior written consent from Creating Life Opportunities. 2.2. Unauthorized use of the product may result in the termination of your license without refund.

Resell Rights: 3.1. "The Roadmap" is sold with Master Resell Rights, allowing you to sell the product to end-users and grant them the right to resell it further. 3.2. The product must not be sold for less than $497. Ownership: 4.1. Creating Life Opportunities retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to "The Roadmap." 4.2. You may not claim ownership of the product or present it as your own creation.

Warranty and Support: 5.1. "The Roadmap" is provided "as is" without any warranty, expressed or implied. 5.2. Creating Life Opportunities is not obligated to provide support, updates, or modifications to the product. Creating Life Opportunities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting fro the use or inability to use the product.

Refund Policy: 6.1. All sales of "The Roadmap" are final. No refunds will be issued due to the downloadable nature of the content. 6.2. Creating Life Opportunities reserves the right to address refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Termination: 7.1.This Agreement may be terminated by the Licensor in the event of a breach of its terms by the Licensee. Upon termination, you must cease all use and distribution of the product.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: 8.1. Creating Life Opportunities reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 8.2. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the product after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By accessing or using ‘The Roadmap’ with Master Resell Rights (“MRR”) product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood , and agree to be bound by terms and conditions of this Agreement.
